Every question investigates a potential problem, however it doesn't mean that every child has that problem. If your child does not have the mentioned problem, please choose “0” which means < my child does not have this problem >. If your child encounters that problem, please rate the severity of that problem between 1 and 4.
This tool is not a medical assessment and does not replace your healthcare professional's evaluation. This tool respects data privacy and confidentiality policies. Developed in collaboration with Numan Demir and Selen Serel Arslan.
The wording of questions 1,2,3,4,5,6,10 has been adapted to facilitate understanding. In clinical research, the original PEDI-EAT-10 questions should be used*
